Text
The Commission may provide for the redemption of any or all of the bonds or other state securities before maturity, in such order, by lot or otherwise, at such time or times, without or with the payment of such premium or premiums not exceeding 9 percent of the principal amount of each bond or other security so redeemed, and otherwise upon such terms as may be provided by the Commission in the resolution authorizing the issuance of the securities or other instrument appertaining thereto.
