Text

The State may issue as general obligations any of the following types of state securities:

1.Notes;
2.Warrants;
3.Interim debentures;
4.Bonds; and
5.Temporary bonds, Ê payable from taxes, or payable from taxes and additionally securing such payment by a pledge of net revenues or gross revenues, as the Commission may determine, except as may be otherwise provided in any act supplemental hereto.
