Text
“Holder,” or any similar term, when used in conjunction with any coupons, any bonds or any other securities, means the person in possession and the apparent owner of the designated item if such obligation is registered for payment to bearer or is not registered, or the term means the registered owner of the designated item if it is at the time registered for payment otherwise than to bearer.
