“Hereby,” “herein,” “hereinabove,” “hereinafter,” “hereinbefore,” “hereof,” “hereto,” “hereunder” and any similar term refer to the State Securities Law and not solely to the particular portion thereof in which such word is used; “heretofore” means before the adoption of the State Securities Law; and “hereafter” means after the adoption of the State Securities Law.
