Text

“Commission” means the State Board of Finance, any State General Obligation Bond Commission or any other commission, board or other agency of the State which is authorized by law to issue bonds or other securities in the name and on behalf of the State in accordance with the provisions of the State Securities Law, and means any such successor agency of this state.
