§ 34.310 — Procedure in new trials and appeals in mandamus proceedings
The provisions of the Nevada Rules of Civil Procedure and Nevada Rules of Appellate Procedure relative to new trials in, and appeals from, the district court, except so far as they are inconsistent with the provisions of NRS 34.150 to 34.290, inclusive, apply to the proceedings mentioned in NRS 34.150 to 34.290, inclusive.
