Text
A qualified service company shall provide to the Office of Energy information concerning each performance contract which the qualified service company enters into pursuant to this chapter, including, without limitation, the name of the project, the using agency for which the project is being carried out and the expected operating cost savings. The Office of Energy may report any energy savings realized as a result of such performance contracts to the United States Department of Energy pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 13385.
