Text

The Purchasing Division may adopt such regulations as it determines to be necessary or advisable to carry out the provisions of NRS 333.3361 to 333.3369, inclusive. The regulations may include, without limitation, provisions setting forth:

1.The method by which a business may apply to receive the preference described in NRS 333.3366 ;
2.Subject to the provisions of NRS 417.0187 , the documentation or other proof that a business must submit to demonstrate that it qualifies for the preference described in NRS 333.3366 ; and
3.Such other matters as the Purchasing Division deems relevant. Ê In carrying out the provisions of this section, the Purchasing Division shall, to the extent practicable, cooperate and coordinate with the State Public Works Division of the Department of Administration
