Text

1. The Administrator may designate the method of obtaining a contract, including:

(a)An invitation to bid;
(b)A request for proposals;
(c)A request for qualifications;
(d)A request for information;
(e)A request for a quotation; or
(f)Any other accepted method of purchasing that complies with the provisions of this chapter. 2. The Administrator shall adopt regulations governing the methods of obtaining a contract.
