1.The consent of the State of Nevada is hereby given, in accordance with Clause 17 of Section 8 of Article I of the Constitution of the United States, to the acquisition by the United States of the following-described land in this state as the site for a post office and federal building at the City of Lovelock, Pershing County, State of Nevada: Beginning at a point on the southerly side of Block 3 and the northerly side of Main Street; such point being southeasterly 36 feet and 6 inches from the southwesterly corner of Block 3 as shown on the official map of the City of Lovelock and identical with the southwesterly corner of the tract of E.
