Text

1. Except as otherwise provided in this section, land may be leased pursuant to NRS 322.060 to:

(a)A nonprofit organization that is recognized as exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and is affiliated by contract or other written agreement with an agency of this State; or
(b)A public educational institution, Ê under such terms and for such consideration as the Administrator of the Division of State Lands of the State Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, as ex officio State Land Registrar, determines reasonable based upon the costs and benefits to the State and the recommendation of the persons who approve the lease. 2.
