§ 321.067 — Revolving Account for Land Management

Text

1. The Revolving Account for Land Management is hereby created as a special account in the State General Fund. 2. The State Land Registrar shall use the money in the Revolving Account to pay the expenses related to the management of land held by the Division and the acquisition of or interests in land, including, without limitation, expenses for:

(a)Appraisals and land surveys;
(b)Required environmental assessments of the land, including, without limitation, surveys of the biological, environmental and cultural conditions and resources of the land;
(c)Construction of fences and barriers for vehicles;
(d)The cleanup and maintenance of the land; and
(e)Any mitigation required of the land. 3. The State Land Registrar shall:
(a)Approve any disbursement from the Revolving Account; and
(b)
