§ 32.280 — Status of receiver as lien creditor

Nevada·Title 3 REMEDIES; SPECIAL ACTIONS AND PROCEEDINGS·Ch. 32 Receivers· Administration of Receiverships

On appointment of a receiver, the receiver has the status of a lien creditor under:

1.NRS 104.9101 to 104.9717 , inclusive, as to receivership property that is personal property or fixtures; and

2.NRS 111.310 to 111.3655 , inclusive, as to receivership property that is real property.
