§ 32.250 — Notice and opportunity for hearing

1. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, the court may issue an order under NRS 32.100 to 32.370 , inclusive, only after notice and opportunity for a hearing appropriate in the circumstances. 2. The court may issue an order under NRS 32.100 to 32.370 , inclusive:
(a)Without prior notice if the circumstances require issuance of an order before notice is given;
(b)After notice and without a prior hearing if the circumstances require issuance of an order before a hearing is held; or
(c)After notice and without a hearing if no interested party timely requests a hearing.
