§ 31A.110 — Collection of obligation for support of spouse or former spouse in conjunction with support for child
The enforcing authority may, pursuant to NRS 31A.025 to 31A.190, inclusive, collect, by withholding, an obligation for the support of a spouse or a former spouse under a valid order of a court, if the enforcing authority is also collecting support for a child of that spouse or former spouse from the same obligor and the child resides with the spouse or former spouse for whom the obligation of support is being collected.
