§ 31.950 — Sheriff to make return within 20 days after taking property

Nevada·Title 3 REMEDIES; SPECIAL ACTIONS AND PROCEEDINGS·Ch. 31 Attachment,· CLAIM AND DELIVERY
The sheriff shall file the writ of possession and undertaking with the sheriff’s proceedings thereon, with the clerk of the court in which the action is pending, within 20 days after taking the property mentioned therein.
