§ 31.820 — Plaintiff may order discharge of prisoner; effect of discharge

Nevada·Title 3 REMEDIES; SPECIAL ACTIONS AND PROCEEDINGS·Ch. 31 Attachment,· DISCHARGE OF PERSONS IMPRISONED ON CIVIL PROCESS

The plaintiff in the action may, at any time, order the prisoner to be discharged, and the prisoner shall not thereafter be liable to imprisonment for the same cause of action.
