§ 31.810 — Effect of discharge; judgment remains in force

Nevada·Title 3 REMEDIES; SPECIAL ACTIONS AND PROCEEDINGS·Ch. 31 Attachment,· DISCHARGE OF PERSONS IMPRISONED ON CIVIL PROCESS
The prisoner, after being so discharged, shall be forever exempt from arrest and imprisonment for the same debt; but the judgment against the prisoner shall remain in full force against any estate, present or future, of the prisoner, not exempt from execution.
