§ 31.650 — Allowance of bail exonerates sheriff

Nevada·Title 3 REMEDIES; SPECIAL ACTIONS AND PROCEEDINGS·Ch. 31 Attachment,· ARREST AND BAIL
If the judge, or clerk, find the bail sufficient, the judge or clerk shall annex the examination to the undertaking, endorse the judge’s or clerk’s allowance thereon, and cause them to be filed, and the sheriff shall thereupon be exonerated from liability.
