§ 31.600 — Bail exonerated by death, imprisonment or discharge of defendant

The bail shall also be exonerated by the death of the defendant, or by the defendant’s imprisonment in a state prison, or by the defendant’s legal discharge from the obligation to render himself or herself amenable to the process.
