§ 30.150 — Severability

Nevada·Title 3 REMEDIES; SPECIAL ACTIONS AND PROCEEDINGS·Ch. 30 Declaratory· UNIFORM ACT
The several sections and provisions of NRS 30.010 to 30.160, inclusive, except NRS 30.030 and 30.040, are hereby declared independent and severable, and the invalidity, if any, or part or feature thereof shall not affect or render the remainder of such sections invalid or inoperative.
