§ 3.140 — Absence from State; forfeiture of office

Nevada·Title 1 STATE JUDICIAL DEPARTMENT·Ch. 3 District· COURTS AND JUDGES
A district judge shall not absent himself or herself from this State for more than 90 consecutive days. A violation of the provisions of this section shall work a forfeiture of office.
