§ 3.070 — Resignation

Nevada·Title 1 STATE JUDICIAL DEPARTMENT·Ch. 3 District· COURTS AND JUDGES
Resignation of office by a district judge must be made to the Governor and to the Court Administrator. The Governor shall notify the Court Administrator as soon as practicable upon his or her acceptance of the resignation or retirement of a district judge.
