§ 2A.220 — Power to take and certify acknowledgments and affidavits

The judges of the Court of Appeals have power in any part of the State to take and certify:

1.The acknowledgment of conveyances and the satisfaction of a judgment of any court.
2.An affidavit to be used in any court of justice in this State.
