§ 2A.060 — Resignation of office
Resignation of office by a judge of the Court of Appeals must be made to the Governor and to the Court Administrator. The Governor shall notify the Court Administrator as soon as practicable upon his or her acceptance of the resignation or retirement of a judge of the Court of Appeals.
