Text

1. A person shall not:

(a)Make a false representation to obtain any information pursuant to NRS 293.900 to 293.914 , inclusive; or
(b)Knowingly obtain or disclose information pursuant to NRS 293.900 to 293.914 , inclusive, for any use not authorized pursuant to NRS 293.900 to 293.914 , inclusive. 2. A person who violates the provisions of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor.
