Text

1.If a candidate whose name appears on the ballot at a primary election or general election dies after the applicable dates set forth in NRS 293.368 but before the time of the closing of the polls on the day of the election, the county clerk shall post a notice of the candidate’s death at each polling place where the candidate’s name will appear on the ballot for the primary election or general election.
2.If a candidate whose name appears on the ballot at a presidential preference primary election dies before the time of the closing of the polls on the day of the presidential preference primary election, the county clerk shall post a notice of the candidate’s death at each polling place.
