Text

1. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, an election board may not perform its duty in serving registered voters at any polling place in any election provided for in this title, unless it has before it:

(a)The roster designated for registered voters who apply to vote at the polling place; and
(b)The roster designated for electors who apply to register to vote or apply to vote at the polling place pursuant to NRS 293.5772 to 293.5887 , inclusive. 2. For a polling place established pursuant to NRS 293.3072 , an election board may perform its duty in serving registered voters at the polling place in an election if the election board has before it the roster for the county. 3.
