Text

1. Each voting system used by a county or city shall provide voting materials in:

(a)English; and
(b)Every language in which voting materials are required to be prepared in the county or city pursuant to 52 U.S.C. § 10503. 2. In addition to the requirements set forth in subsection 1, if a county clerk or city clerk determines that there is a significant and substantial need for voting materials of the county or city, as applicable, to be provided in the language or languages of a minority group, the county clerk or city clerk may prepare voting materials in such language or languages.
