Text

Membership of an employee in the System terminates upon:

1.The death of a member.
2.The withdrawal of contributions from a member’s account.
3.Receipt of retirement allowances by a member.
4.Receipt of disability allowances by a member. Ê A retired employee is not entitled to any right conferred by this chapter upon a member unless the provision conferring that right expressly states that it is conferred upon a retired employee.
