Text

An employee who is required to prepare a report on the performance of an employee who holds a position in the classified service must, before the employee prepares the report, have received training in its proper preparation. The training must be:

1.Provided within 6 months of the employee’s appointment; and
2.Provided or approved by the Administrator.
