Text

1. An accusation in writing against any district, county, township or municipal officer for willful or corrupt misconduct in office, may be presented by the grand jury of the county for or in which the officer accused is elected or appointed. 2. As used in this section, “district, county, township or municipal officer” does not include:

(a)A justice or judge of the court system;
(b)A state officer removable from office only through impeachment pursuant to Article 7 of the Nevada Constitution; or
(c)A State Legislator removable from office only through expulsion by the State Legislator’s own House pursuant to Section 6 of Article 4 of the Nevada Constitution.
