Text

The State Treasurer is hereby authorized to pay from the Reserve for Statutory Contingency Account on warrants issued by the State Controller, a total sum not to exceed $2,500 in any 1 year in payment of approved claims for costs of investigations incurred by the State Board of Examiners in carrying out the provisions of subsection 5 of NRS 282.330.
