Text

1. The Commission shall appoint, within the limits of legislative appropriation, an Executive Director who shall perform the duties set forth in this chapter and such other duties as may be prescribed by the Commission. 2. The Executive Director must have experience in administration, investigations and law. 3. The Executive Director is in the unclassified service of the State. 4. The Executive Director shall devote the Executive Director’s entire time and attention to the business of the Commission and shall not pursue any other business or occupation or hold any other office of profit that detracts from the full and timely performance of the Executive Director’s duties. 5. The Executive Director may not:

(a)Be actively involved in the work of any political party or political campaign; o
