Text

1. “Candidate” means any person who seeks to be elected to a public office and:

(a)Who files a declaration of candidacy; or
(b)Whose name appears on an official ballot at any election. 2. The term does not include a candidate for judicial office who is subject to the requirements of the Revised Nevada Code of Judicial Conduct.
