Text
A school district shall not use any money received pursuant to subsection 6 of NRS 279.676, paragraph (b), (c) or (d) of subsection 1 of NRS 279.685 or NRS 279.6855 to reduce or supplant the amount of any money which the school district would otherwise expend for the purposes described in those provisions.
