Text

In any action or proceeding involving the validity or enforceability of any bonds or their security, any such bond reciting in substance that it has been issued by the agency to aid in financing a redevelopment project is conclusively deemed to have been issued for a redevelopment project and the project is conclusively deemed to have been planned, located and constructed pursuant to this chapter.
