Text

Except as otherwise provided in NRS 279.486, every redevelopment plan must provide for the agency to lease or sell all real property acquired by it in any redevelopment area, except property conveyed by it to the community. Any such lease or sale must be conditioned on the redevelopment and use of the property in conformity with the redevelopment plan.
