Text

The members of the Agency shall serve without compensation, but are entitled to receive the per diem expense allowances and travel expenses provided by law for city, county and state employees, respectively. All other expenses incurred by the governing body in the course of exercising the powers conferred upon it by NRS 278.780 to 278.828, inclusive, unless met in some other manner specifically provided, shall be paid by the Agency out of its own funds.
