Text

In addition to the remedy prescribed in subsection 3 of NRS 278.650, the Governor may cause to be instituted any civil action or suit the Governor considers appropriate to remedy violations of any comprehensive land use plan or zoning regulation prescribed by the Governor pursuant to NRS 278.640 and 278.645.
