Text

1. For a boundary line to be adjusted or for land to be transferred pursuant to paragraph (c) of subsection 5 of NRS 278.461 , a professional land surveyor must have performed a field survey, set monuments and filed a record of survey pursuant to NRS 625.340 . 2. A record of survey filed pursuant to subsection 1 must contain:

(a)A certificate by the professional land surveyor who prepared the map stating that:
(1)He or she has performed a field survey sufficient to locate and identify properly the proposed boundary line adjustment;
(2)All corners and angle points of the adjusted boundary line have been defined by monuments or will be otherwise defined on a document of record as required by NRS 625.340 ; and
(3)The map is not in conflict with the provisions of NRS 278.010 to 278.630 , i
