Text

1. A map of reversion presented for recording must include a certificate signed and acknowledged, pursuant to NRS 240.166 , 240.1665 or 240.167 , by each person who is an owner of the land consenting to the preparation and recordation of the map for the purpose of reversion. 2. A governing body may by ordinance require a map of reversion presented for recording to include:

(a)A report from a title company which lists the names of:
(1)Each owner of record of the land; and
(2)Each holder of record of a security interest in the land, if the security interest was created by a mortgage or a deed of trust.
(b)The written consent of each holder of record of a security interest listed pursuant to subparagraph (2) of paragraph (a), to the preparation and recordation of the map of reversion. A h
