Text

1.If a governing body makes a determination described in paragraph (b) of subsection 1 of NRS 278.0205 , before the governing body may amend or cancel an agreement for development of land entered into pursuant to NRS 278.0201 without the consent of the other parties to the agreement or their successors in interest, the governing body must hold a public hearing concerning the proposed amendment to or cancellation of the agreement that complies with the provisions of this section. Not less than 60 days’ notice of the date and time of the public hearing must be given to the parties to the agreement or their successors in interest and any property owner of record that is subject to the agreement.
