Text

1.All applications which are to be considered and acted upon by the Administrator and the Governor during a calendar year must be received by the Administrator no later than December 31 of the preceding calendar year. Any application received on or after January 1 of any calendar year must be held by the Administrator for consideration and action during the following calendar year.
2.Upon receipt of an application from a municipality, the Administrator shall review the application to determine whether the designated area qualifies as a specially benefited zone under NRS 274.150 and whether to recommend approval or denial of the application by the Governor. No later than May 1, the Administrator shall notify all applicant municipalities of the Administrator’s determination of the qualific
