Text

All such sales shall be made between the hours of 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. and shall take place at a convenient location within the municipality selected by the governing body. The sale shall be continued from day to day, omitting Sundays and legal holidays, until all the property described in the assessment roll on which any assessment, or installment thereof, is delinquent and unpaid is sold. All sales shall be public, and each lot, tract or parcel of land, or other property, shall be sold separately and in the order in which it appears on the assessment roll.
