Text
Except as otherwise provided in NRS 271.595, any payment related to an assessment on property that a person, this State or any political subdivision of this State sends to a municipality by mail that is received by the municipality without a postmark or with an illegible postmark shall be deemed to have been made on a date which is 2 business days before the date on which the municipality received the payment.
