Text

The board of county commissioners in any county to which the Unincorporated Town Government Law applies may adopt ordinances to:

1.Amend the boundaries of any unincorporated town; or
2.Upon request of the respective town boards, merge two or more unincorporated towns. Ê Such ordinances may be adopted whether or not the unincorporated town was created under the provisions of the Unincorporated Town Government Law.
