The municipality shall cause to be kept proper records of all license taxes which become due or which are collected, or both, including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, records of delinquent taxes, interest thereon and penalties therefrom, which records, except as otherwise provided in NRS 239.0115, shall be deemed confidential and shall not be revealed in whole or in part to anyone except in the necessary administration of NRS 268.460 to 268.510, inclusive, or as otherwise provided by law.
