Text
The provisions of the Nevada Ethics in Government Law, chapter 281A of NRS, do not prohibit any city officer from purchasing the warrants of the State or of any other city or county, or prevent any city officer from selling or transferring such warrants or scrip as the city officer may receive for his or her services, but none other.
