Text

1. All courts of this state shall take judicial notice in all civil or criminal actions of:

(a)The change in population category and organization of any city.
(b)All ordinances, rules, resolutions or other regulations of the city council. 2. In all such actions, it is not necessary to plead the contents of any order, ordinance, rule, resolution or other regulation, but may be proved prima facie by the introduction of the original entry or a copy thereof certified by the clerk.
